ac2webTORONTO, ON, October 3, 2016 – Kilberry, a leading firm of organizational psychologists specializing in executive assessment and development, is pleased to announce that Dr. Anuradha Chawla has joined as Principal in the Toronto office. In her role, Dr. Chawla will serve as a top advisor to senior executives in North America and abroad on some of their most critical business and people challenges.

As an advisor and executive coach, Dr. Chawla focuses on areas that help leaders maximize their impact and enhance their ability to influence positive organizational results. She specializes in selection assessment and succession management, including CEO continuity. Her work also includes accelerating executive onboarding and private equity management due diligence.

Dr. Chawla has been consulting to executives for over a decade. Prior to joining Kilberry, Dr. Chawla was a senior consultant at Right Management, where she coached executives and advised companies on their talent strategy. Previously, she worked at RHR International and Development Dimensions International. Throughout her career, she has served clients in both private and public sectors, in a wide range of industries including pharmaceuticals, retail, and financial services.

Dr. Chawla was awarded an M.A. and Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational (I/O) Psychology from the University of Guelph in Ontario and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver. She is a member of the Women’s Executive Network and the American Society for I/O Psychology, and sits on the Executive Board for the Canadian Society for I/O Psychology. She has published articles in journals such as the Leadership and Organizational Development Journal and Applied Human Resource Management.
